Hollande: France is at war will be diverted to dual citizenship and other provisions

French President Hollande said at the 16th joint meeting of both houses of Congress held in Versailles, west of Paris, the threat of extremist terrorist organizations throughout the international community, France hopes to convene the meeting as soon as the UN Security Council passed a resolution against terrorism.

Hollande said it would Parliament submitted a motion to extend the state of emergency for three months. He asked the Prime Minister of France this week proposed an amendment to the French Constitution, on dual nationality, place of birth and other provisions to make changes. He also announced that it will strengthen the security forces of France, the next two years, 5000 to increase the military and police posts, military forces will also strengthen national defense.
